Battle of Three Volunteers

To make these events happen, there are a LOT of moving parts, and Battle of Three is going to need a small army of good humans behind it.

We’re looking for people who want to work hard, play hard and help us put on one hell of a night for our coffee community.

⚔️ Battle Referees x 3 — keeping an eye on competitor stations, making sure nobody thinks they can sneakily break a rule or two, and helping clean and reset between battles.

👋 Meeters, Greeters & Good Vibes People x 2-3 — helping us welcome everyone through the doors and generally being excellent hosts to our community.

🎤 MCs x 2 — we’re looking for a balanced pair who can keep the banter flowing, the crowd engaged and, importantly, the battle on track.

🎶 Music Guru — keeping those 80s & 90s vibes alive throughout the night. Yes, competitors have walk-in songs. This matters. 🤓

⏱️ Timekeeper — there is a monster countdown clock. It beeps. Someone still has to control it.

📱 Social Media Master — capturing the battle as it happens, one story at a time.

📸 Photographer — action, atmosphere and, of course, those photos you can send to your mum.

And we’re fairly certain we’ve forgotten someone… 🧐

All in all, we need a crew who are happy to muck in, have some fun and help keep the whole thing moving.

It takes a small army to pull these events off, and we’d love you to be part of ours. ⚔️
